Herb Seasoned Salmon and Barbecue Salmon:
It’s that time of year when Wild Caught Salmon is in abundance. My whole family loves Salmon, especially my kids! It’s loaded with Omega 3 and so healthy for us! There are so many ways to cook Salmon but my Herb Seasoned Salmon and my Barbecue Salmon recipes are my quick and easy versions to get food on the table in a hurry!

Herb Seasoned Salmon Recipe:
Cooking spray 1 (3 1/2-pound) salmon fillet 1 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind 1 tablespoon grated orange rind 10 fresh chives 4 thyme sprigs 4 oregano sprigs 4 tarragon sprigs 10 (1/8-inch-thick) slices lemon (about 1 lemon)
Preheat oven to 450°. Line a shallow roasting pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Combine rinds; spread over fish. Arrange chives, thyme, oregano, and tarragon horizontally across fish or chop herbs finely and sprinkle all over fish. Arrange lemon slices on top of herbs. Place fish on prepared pan. Cover with foil; seal. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
BBQ Salmon Recipe:
1 big piece of salmon fillet or 4 (7-ounce) salmon fillets Seafood rub Cracked black pepper Olive oil, to taste Sea salt BBQ sauce
Pat salmon fillets dry, then rub them with the sea salt and cracked pepper. Drizzle salmon with olive oil.
Turn on grill or start fire making sure grill is hot before placing salmon on grill. Rub the grill with a towel coated with olive oil. Place salmon on grill with skin side up and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or desired doneness. Turn salmon and finish with the BBQ sauce to taste.
Or my Oven Version: Place fish on prepared pan. Cover with foil; seal. Bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. 5 minutes before done lather on BBQ sauce.
