The Ultimate Breakfast Burrito is made from my leftover turkey chili and rice. Yes, that’s right, so all you have to cook for this breakfast are the scrambled eggs. If you follow my blog you know that turkey chili is a staple in my refrigerator and I can’t let anything go to waste, right?

What better way then to turn all these tasty ingredients into a quick breakfast.We love making and eating these mouthwatering Breakfast Burritos because they are so fast and easy to create, I can mix up the ingredients and the kids can even help!

They are packed with flavor and protein, this simple leftover turkey chili Breakfast Burrito is a tasty way to start your day.

Ultimate Breakfast Burrito...

Ingredients

  1. 2 whole wheat flour tortillas

  2. 3 eggs scrambled

  3. turkey chili leftover

  4. cooked rice leftover

  5. avocado sliced

  6. shredded cheddar cheese

  7. guacamole

  8. salsa

Instructions

Place half of eggs in center of warm tortilla. Top with re-heated turkey chili, rice, cheese and desired toppings. Fold ends in and roll up. Serve immediately with additional salsa, if desired.
