Scones from Trader Joe’s are delicious and this recipe has a special place in my heart because my daughter Aliyah fell in love with Scones the very first time she went to one of my all time favorite restaurants “Ivy By the Shore”!
Aliyah at 9 years old at The “Ivy By The Shore”
“Ivy By The Shore” serves these delicious scones at brunch and we all love them so much. Aliyah had been bugging me to teach her how to make her our own version of scones and what does a busy Mom do…buy the box version from Trader Joe’s…Lol! I will get to teaching her how to make them from scratch at another time!
The Scones from TJ’s are quick, easy and fast to mix together. They were ready in under 20 minutes from start to finish. All you do is add water…and they we’re delicious!
These scones are so simple to make! You can make them ahead of time and freeze them. Then when I
want one I defrost it, most times I use my toaster oven or just let them sit on the counter for a few hours, and they taste like fresh out of the oven!
I love a good quicky recipe, what about you?
