Ring in the New Year with Pomegranate Punch!

Let’s say goodbye to 2011! And Hello to 2012!

As I’ve been reflecting on 2011, I keep thinking how difficult this year has been on me.  I realized that 2011 wasn’t my toughest year at all,  because I’ve had much tougher years.  2011 was a hardcore grind year!  Like a constant climb up a very steep hill that never had rest points.  I was derailed in the beginning of 2011 and had to dig deep in my soul to figure out what’s next and how the heck to change things that didn’t go my way.  What does this do to your soul?  Makes you stronger, gets you focused and more determined that you will reach your goals, if you don’t quit. Never give up! Never!

I’m excited about 2012 because I did the work in 2011.  I’m ready, smarter and more determined to reach my goals than ever!  I thank God for all my blessings including my strong, hardworking, uplifting husband, my two magical kids and all my family and friends.

Life is a journey, never easy and it never goes as planned.  But if we stay focused on what we really want and do the work constantly like a slow grinding machine the outcome will be rewarding!

January is the month that most of us associate with turning over a new leaf  or REINVENTING.  From our bodies, personal relationships, spiritual journey, homes, careers and most importantly to ourselves.  Take this time thank yourself for your survival and get ready to game up for what’s next in this wonderful journey of life.

Happy New Year,

Ali in the Valley
