It’s time to get in the Halloween spirit with a delicious Pumpkin Smoothie!

Here at the Kilmer household we’re gearing up to go crazy on pumpkin recipes! The kids and I are starting our traditional Halloween decorating this weekend. Shh…I’m not really in the mood but when you got kids, well it’s not your choice. Err…I’ve been living in a black hole lately, but I guess it’s time to climb out willing or not!

So, let’s get it cracking for a fun filled Halloween! This healthy pumpkin smoothie is one of our favorites because it’s like chilled pumpkin pie in a glass, but without the fat or the calories. This thick and creamy smoothie makes a delicious and filling liquid breakfast or an energy-boosting snack. Use a very ripe banana (preferably frozen) and sweeten your smoothie according to your preference either with agave, honey or brown sugar.

Blend & Enjoy!
