This weekend’s cocktail is this refreshing Moscow Mule. I finally bought two copper cups at Marshall’s for $10.00, can’t beat that price, which inspired me to come home and mix up a traditional Moscow Mule.
The classic Moscow Mule recipe is a vodka-based cocktail with the unusual addition of a ginger beer topped with a wedge of lime. I have to say, this cocktail has become my new favorite! I’ve made them several times and they’re always a hit and very refreshing. I also like that they’re extremely easy to make (we love simple around here) and a multi-seasonal cocktail.
Hope your having a great weekend!
