Mango and Banana Smoothie:
Right this minute, I need an all around positive energy boost! You know when you’re working so diligently on all your stuff? Stuff like your kids thousands of things to get accomplished and everyone in the family asking you do something for them when you haven’t had time to do the things you needed to do for the team to keep it moving! Okay, I’m babbling along but you get my drift.
I’m one of those people that can’t have coffee in the late afternoon or else it will wreck my sleeping pattern at night. On top of the fact that I have four hungry monsters in my house that need snacks and an energy boost themselves.
My Mango and Banana Smoothie does the trick. It’s healthy, quick to make and delicious. Oh, I hear my name being called to solve another issue for someone. Gotta go, but if you need a kick of energy – here you go.

2 cup chopped ripe mango 2 bananas 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup of coconut water (because I had it) and 1/2 cup of regular water (could use just water or low-fat milk) 1 tablespoon agave or honey
Place the mango, banana, coconut water & water, ice and agave or honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.
