You’ve probably heard of the famous Los Angeles restaurant The Ivy by now (and if you haven’t heard of it, you’ve probably seen dozens of paparazzi photos of celebrities outside of the Robertson Boulevard location). But,🤫 in case you didn’t know, the original Ivy has a sister location in Santa Monica, right on Ocean Boulevard call Ivy at the Shore.
And in my opinion, it gives the original a run for its money. The Caribbean-inspired décor involves pink walls, a bamboo tiki bar, and bursting bouquets of colorful roses on each table… And did I mention the complimentary champagne served on Sundays at brunch? Yum,Yum 😋and not cheap champagne either! 🍾 In all honesty this isn’t a cheap restaurant, but it’s well worth it! Let’s Go!
Ivy at the Shore is where our family spends many of celebrations or just a great brunch on Sundays. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is soothing. I always feel like I’m on vacation once I enter the doors.
With Valentine’s Day around the corner, romance is on the mind, and one can never go wrong with a romantic dinner. In Los Angeles, we are blessed with an abundance of diverse and delicious restaurant choices to suit our every whim. Sometimes, Tyson and I will take the kids with us to dinner on Valentine’s because why not, they love the Ivy just as much as we do and it’s fun to spend Valentines with them while we can. Ivy at the Shore is the perfect date night spot, whether you’re celebrating with your significant other, best friend, or family.
Here are some of our Must-order:
1. Gumbo Ya-Ya
2. Crab Cakes
3. Caesar Salad w/ Crab Cakes ( my personal favorite)
6. Yummy Cocktail
Honestly, everything is delicious at Ivy At The Shore especially their Banana Split which I didn’t get a picture of. 😓
This is the perfect restaurant for Valentine’s Day breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Hope your Valentine’s Day is filled with love!❤️
