Here’s my fail proof method on How To Poach The Perfect Egg!  I often get asked how to poach perfect eggs. It would seem a simple enough thing to do, but often it takes a little practice and knowing the best technique so as to keep the egg white intact to the yolk and not end up with it all over the water and separated. And there are so many different methods that it will make you feel imitated but no worries…let me show you how I poach the perfect egg in my new video.

I love me some eggs.  I love them scrambled, hard boiled, soft boiled, over easy but my favorite are poached eggs.  Pure deliciousness!  But add yummy toast, avocado, and tomatoes and its breakfast heaven. I have to admit that since I was making delicious perfect poached eggs in my new video they had to be eaten on my favorite go to breakfast Avocado Toast.

Avocado Toast is my perfect breakfast. Healthy, filling, delicious. Having a few fun twists on the classic in your back pocket is a good idea in my book and this Avocado Toast is a great one.
