Holiday Cocktail…Raspberry Cheer Cocktail

It’s that time of year for fun filled holiday cheer and here’s a simple Raspberry Cheer Cocktail to get the party started right! The inspiration for my Raspberry Cheer Cocktail came about by accident. I was looking for something new to serve a few friends who stopped by the other day just to say hi and guess what?…they caught me off guard without not much on hand to serve as a holiday cocktail! Yikes, that doesn’t happen too often but I’ve been a little preoccupied and hadn’t been to the store to stock up on all my holiday cocktail supplies. So I had to get creative fast and dig deep into the abyss. I went scrambling…desperately trying to find something to serve that was red, festive and tasty but most importantly a quickie cocktail. I went on the hunt in my bar…nothing was there, went to my refrigerator and again nothing and then I opened my freezer and BAM! Frozen Raspberry Lemonade cans. Cans that had been there for…oh, I don’t know, but the light bulb went on because next to the Raspberry Lemonade was my Vodka. Wow!  I combined the two beverages in a glass over ice and Holy Moly-was this combination good! The Raspberry Lemonade Vodka cocktail was a huge hit and everyone loved it. Hey, sometimes I even surprise myself! This Raspberry Cheer Cocktail is simple, delicious and will definitely be this years’ signature holiday drink here in my household. Cheers!

Please drink responsibly and Let’s Get This Party Started!
