Grape, Spinach and Coconut Milk Smoothie:

I love to make smoothies for breakfast or a light snack. Here’s one of my favorites using grapes for sweetness, spinach for iron and coconut milk to make it sweet and thick without all the milk to keep it lean.

Ingredients:

1 cup of seedless green grapes


1 cup packed baby spinach


1/4 cup coconut milk


1/2 cup of ice

Directions:

Add everything to the blender. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Per Serving: 232 calories
