Happy New Years 2015…


Happy New Years 2015…I’m excited about 2015 because I did the necessary work in 2014.

Life is a journey, never easy and it never goes as planned.  But if we stay focused on what we really want and do the work constantly, like a slow grinding machine, the outcome will be rewarding!

January is the month that most of us associate with turning over a new leaf  or REINVENTING.  From our bodies, personal relationships, spiritual journey, homes, careers and most importantly to ourselves.  Take this time, to thank yourself for your survival and get ready to game up for what’s next in this wonderful journey of life.

I’m grateful and thankful for all my blessings!

Champagne Tea:

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 teaspoon loose tea

  2. 1 cup water

  3. 1 teaspoon honey agave syrup or 1 sugar cube

  4. 12 oz. champagne or sparkling wine

Instructions

Spoon tea into the bottom of a teapot and fill it with hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and add honey, agave syrup or sugar cube. Set tea aside and let it cool. Don’t add ice, it will dilute the flavor. Once tea is cooled, pour tea in champagne glass (filling it half way) and top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with herbs!
