Here’s my version of the ultimate Green Smoothie! The fastest, freshest way to get your veggies is in a smoothie. If  your looking for detox smoothies to boost your energy? Whether you need a cleanse or want to lose some weight, there’s a detox smoothie recipe that you’ll love! This is a great way to get your busy on-the-go kids to eat their fruits and vegetables by sipping on a “mean green machine”  pineapple smoothie recipe!

Finding the Green Smoothie for you individual tasty can be tricky.  No matter which works for you, as long as there are fruits and veggies, then it’s still all good!

Ali in the Valley

Ingredients

  1. 1 banana (or half is plenty if you’re watching sugar)
  2. 1-2 cups spinach
  3. 1 cup frozen pinapple
  4. 1 cup coconut milk
  5. 1/2 cup of water or ice
  6. optional extras: flaxmeal (nuts (I used pecans), nut butter)
  7. dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
