Thank God it’s Friday and I couldn’t be happier that the weekend is quickly approaching! I’m celebrating life with this fast, easy and delicious Guava Mimosa. It’s been a grind this week but we’re making big progress in all our endeavors! Working hard with progress works for me! Sometimes you need the bubbly to celebrate work accomplished! This is a beautiful drink that is a variation of the traditional Mimosa. This simple, but luscious drink has only two ingredients, making it a breeze to prepare.
Ali in the Valley
5 oz. 150 ml champagne (chilled)
1 oz. guava juice
garnish with rosemary sticks as a stir stick or cherries
Pour the Champagne to within one inch of the top of your tall Champagne flute. Be sure to pour a few ounces of Champagne at a time to allow the bubbles to subside, otherwise you’ll end up with more Champagne on the counter than in the glass.
Add the guava juice until it reaches the rim of your glass. Skewer rosemary stem as a cocktail sword.
