Have you tried Pesto Salmon? Why not? It’s fast, easy, fresh and delicious! Here’s a tasty weeknight dish that’s perfect for serving at family supper. It’s so tasty that my family didn’t leave anything behind for leftovers. Cooking with a flavorful pesto helps keep the fish moist and gives this entree a nice finishing touch. I used fresh basil and parsley straight from my garden for this easy dish. Pesto Salmon is a unique twist on how to cook a traditional wild caught Alaskan Salmon. Oh yeah! It’s Paleo too!
As I always tell my kids, “Put your mind to it, you can do it!”
