Here’s my festive, quick and easy Cranberry Wine Spritzer! I always start my cooking preparations with a delightful cocktail while listening to music from my Putumayo Presents Collection which always gets me in the mood to start cooking. This Cranberry Wine Spritzer is light, refreshing and tastes like it’s holiday time. I sneak a little of my homemade Cranberry Sauce (that I’ll be serving at Thanksgiving dinner) add it to chilled Pinot Grigio and top it off with berry flavored seltzer water! Oh, la la…simple, tasty and most importantly it reminds of why I’m so thankful for all my blessings. Cranberry Wine Spritzer is the perfect way to toast a “Thanksgiving Bounty”!
