So it’s quick and easy recipes for now. This simple tomato and red onion salad is the perfect summer recipe that can be served anytime of the day and can be eaten everyday, it’s so healthy and yummy. There is nothing better than the combination of tomato and red onion. When a little salt, pepper, oil and vinegar is added the flavors begin to blend and you end up with a heavenly taste from the gods. It is quite simply the perfect salad.

Recipe for Tomato and Red Onion Salad:
1 bunch of cherry tomatoes ¼ red onion 1 cucumber (optional) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste
Slice cherry tomatoes in halves, thinly sliced onions, and cucumbers. Combine the vegetables with oil and red vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
