Regardless of how you celebrate Easter, or if you do, the fact that it is here again is in itself a cause for celebration. It means that the days are longer, the flowers are blooming, the windows are open more, and the earth is renewing itself.
I also feel like I’m being renewed as well. Lately, life has been a hustle-bustle of busy, busy, busy. But I’ve been feeling incredibly and excited about all that we have on the horizon. I wake up excited for the day and close my eyes at night knowing that everything is possible if you work hard enough! The journey of life is BEAUTIFUL!

P.S. I’ll be sipping on this Easter Sangria while I’m preparing Easter dinner!
Recipe for Easter Sangria:
1-2 bottles of crisp white wine, I used 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc and 1 bottle of Pinot Grios 2 red apples, sliced 1 pint strawberries 1 can of sanpellegrino (orange flavor) several sprigs of mint (optional) 1 tbs of agave sweetener
Simply add the sliced fruit and mint to the wine and add agave sweetener. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge to let the flavors infuse. Right before serving add the Pelligrino and add ice cubes in the Sangria.
