Summer is in full swing now, which means more time for my cocktails like this Blueberry Fizz Cocktail.š
I made this yummy Blueberry Fizz cocktail from my daughter Aliyahās homemade Blueberry Jam she made a few days ago. Iām mean whatās a Mom to do but take your kids homemade jam and add vodka! All āBad Momsā would do the same, right? š But most importantly, Iām super grateful to have some down time with my kids just hanging out.
Back to my Blueberry Fizz Cocktail, Ā this recipe is easy to make in a snap when guests show up for impromptu entertaining which happens at my house daily but would also make one pretty little signature drink at any outdoor party. Make them in batches and store them in the refrigerator so theyāre ready when your guests arrive, just make sure theyāre marked for adults only. I love making yummy cocktails in mason jars.
These BlueberryĀ Fizz Cocktail is aĀ simple mix of vodka, blueberry jam, a little lemon juice and sparkling berry water garnished with thyme here but mint would be great too.
Mason Jars are being re-purposed for anything from cocktails, wall planters, food storage, spice racks to candle holders and so many more uses but this post is devoted to the tastiest lookingĀ mason jar cocktailsĀ around. So shake away and let me know how it goes!
