Why does it always seem like time is moving so fast? I can’t figure it out! Can someone answer this for me? I love being in the grind of life and all that’s to be learned, but I could really use some vacation time to relax and play in the sand. Fat chance for that happening anytime soon. So instead, I’m trying to make my life one big vacation. This year has been all about how to really enjoy everything you do, live life how you envision it and live your life to the fullest.
This is why I love to cook yummy healthy food. This simple but delicious Langosta Lobster Tails and Broccoli Rabe recipe has all the ingredients for a healthy meal with truly amazing flavors.

Recipe for Langosta Lobster Tails and Broccoli Rabe:
1 cup of brown rice (cook according to package instructions)
1 lb lobster tails (organic langosta frozen from Trader Joes)
1 bunch broccoli rabe
1 tbs butter
about 1/2 cup white wine
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil and lemon to taste (optional)
Have lobster & broccoli rabe cleaned. Boil water and add salt for rice and have rice cooked and ready to mix. In skillet, add oil and saute garlic and broccoli rabe until tender crisp. Add lobster and saute until almost done. Add wine and butter and reduce a little. Add rice to mix. Serve in large bowl.
