Here’s my super-juicy, super-easy Baby Back Ribs recipe with a cajun rib rub that will knock your socks off! Yeah that’s right I’ll go toe to toe with anyones Baby Back Ribs recipe and come out winning every time! Oh, hell yah, I’m bragging “fo sho”! Trust.. you want this recipe!
Here’s the good part, I don’t cook mine on the grill, nope, I cook these Baby Backs in the oven and they come out to perfection every single time I make them. I buy my Baby Back Ribs from Trader Joe’s or Costco then I season them with pure sea salt and my cajun rib rub, wrap them tight in foil and into the oven at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on your oven.
That’s it… and they come out meat falling off the bones and melting in your mouth. I can never cook enough of these beauties because everyone comes back for more and most importantly there isn’t any mess on the grill to clean up. I love eating my ribs with grilled corn on the cob or a great salad and speaking of paring don’t forget to serve your ribs with a great Pinot Noir. My new favorite is Moon X which I buy at Trader Joe’s. I love this Pinot Noir it’s velvety smooth, inexpensive and only $7.99 a bottle.
