Tuna Steaks are a great alternative to meat and if you’re looking for a great meal to please your guests then you should consider browsing online for different tuna recipes. Tuna is a very impressive meal to prepare. There are a variety of different spices and other ingredients that you can combine in a great recipe that would taste delicious on tuna steak.

You might not know how to select the best tasting tuna steaks that are available at your local super market. To start off you should make sure that the tuna steaks that you buy are dolphin friendly and are not frozen. If you purchase the non frozen ethical tuna steak then you can be certain that it will have the best flavor after you cook it. Marinated tuna steak recipes are the best recipe option, the marinade will be soaked in the steak over a few hours which will make it taste even better. Here is a great tasting tuna steak marinade recipe that you will certainly enjoy!

I recently purchased these lovely, wild albacore tuna steaks. They are not as expensive as your regular yellowfin tuna steaks, I almost prefer albacore because I find them more tender and flavorful. I marinate the steaks in a mixture of garlic, jalapeños, lemon, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper for about 30 minutes before cooking. Then I throw them on the grill for 3 minutes each side and yummy, healthy dinner is ready!
