Friday Cocktail…Apple Martini

It’s Friday and I couldn’t be happier! It’s been a very productive week and all I can think about is a refreshing mouthwatering cocktail! Tonight’s cocktail is a simple, but tasty Apple Martini which is so delicious…and I really deserve it! What about you?  I haven’t been drinking much Vodka lately but this weekend I’m rewarding myself because I got 5 hard workouts in this week: Monday: Barry’s Bootcamp, Tuesday: Cardio Barre, Wednesday: 45 min on the Elliptical, Thursday: Cardio Barre, Friday: Cardio Barre.  Got it all done while staying on my Paleo diet regime of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit with no grains, at all!

This Apple Martini is my reward!

Apple Martini

Apple Martini
Recipe type: Cocktail
Serves: 1
  • 1 part Kettle One Vodka
  • 1 part Sour Apple Puckers
  • 1 part Apple Juice
  • Garnish with fresh green apple slices
  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
