Cranberry Champagne Cocktail:
Let’s start the Christmas holiday off right with Cranberry Champagne Cocktails! Fresh Cranberries are in abundance this time of year and I love trying different things with them. Ready or not, the holidays are here and no, I didn’t get down with black friday! My intentions were to get some deals on presents but it’s been way too crazy. I’m still stuffed from Thanksgiving. Grubbing and drinking all weekend long. My Thanksgiving menu was deep fried turkey with cajun spices, oyster stuffing, mac and cheese, southern style greens, sweet potato casserole, black eyed peas with brown rice, monkey bread, gravy and homemade cranberry sauce. I was very proud how it all turned out since I tried a few new recipes and my family can be very picky (especially during the holidays) when they aren’t really up to trying all my new inventions!
Happy Holidays!
